On 19 April, 2013 the “Hayartun” Cultural Center of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Church in Georgia in Calouste Gulbenkian Hall hosted another event of St. Movses Khorenatsi Kindergarten’s students, dedicated to spring. RA Consul General in Batumi Aram Grigoryan, living in Russia benefactor Artur Saakov with his daughter, spiritual fathers of the church, the teachers of Armenian schools in Tbilisi, parents and guest attended the event.

Responsible for the education department of the “Hayartun” Cultural Center and St. Movses Khorenatsi Kindergarten Principal Eugenia Markosian congratulated the audience with the Easter and wished them a wonderful and joyous mood of awakening spring. She thanked the benefactors of the center-

Nelson Petrosyan and Aram Simonyan, due financial aid of which the kindergarten operates, and the event sponsor Asya Usoeva, who helped to wonderfully decorate the hall. The Principal expressed her gratitude to all the parents for their support. The children in colorful costumes were like flowers, their poems, songs, dances and beautiful movements enthralled the audience.

Congratulating the organizers and the children with a wonderful spring event, Arthur Saakov happily noted that the excellent performance of the children was the evidence of great educational work conducted at the center. RA Consul General in Batumi Aram Grigoryan praised the work that is carried out through the efforts of young teachers in the educational center, promoting upbringing of the Armenian children in the Armenian spirit.

The President of foundation "Arevik" Emma Akhtyan, the Director of Studies at school № 103 Hasmik Papikyan, Armenian language teacher in the Sunday school Roza Zograbyan noted that at last the Armenians living in Tbilisi have a kindergarten in their native language, which provides the basis for direction of Armenian children to Armenian schools and the preservation of education in native language.

The Head of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Church in Georgia, His Grace Bishop Mirzakhanyan blessed the audience and highly praised the teachers of the kindergarten Lala Gevorgyan, Narine Gushyan, spiritual supervisor Deacon Gevorg Antonyan, Hovhannes Shakhnazaryan, headed by responsible for the education department Eugenia Markosian, who teach children not only letters, songs, dances, but the rules of behavior and social norms and are upbringing good people for the future.

A beautiful spring holiday brought to all a breath of spring and a festive spring mood.
