“Purpik” Puppet Theatre, which functions at the Vicariate of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Samtskhe-Javakheti, on the 13 of June visited Aspindza and showed a performance entitled “Pochat Aghves” (Tailed Fox).

Children of Aspindza rehabilitation center and children with similar problems, who arrived from Russia, had the opportunity to see the performance of "Purpik" Kids Puppet Theater from Akhalkalaki in Russian.

Children's and youth theater "Purpik" visited Aspindza at the invitation of the Head of the RHA rehabilitation center Eliso Rekhviashvili.

"High school students presented a wonderful puppet theater. It's great when people make friends. The guys acted so magnificently that were in no way inferior to professionals and top performers. They feel very well on stage. We are grateful that a good deed is committed – the guys bring joy and happiness to children,”- Eliso Rekhviashvili concluded.

The performance “Pochat Aghves” was greeted with thunderous applause from children of Aspindza rehabilitation center, the guys with warmth and directly interfered in the performance.

“Puprik” Puppet Theatre has operated in Javakheti since 2004, at the initiative of Vicar-General of Javakhk Supreme Archimandrite Babken Salbiyan. The main purpose of "Purpik" Theater is to promote the strengthening of the Armenian Church in Javakheti through theater performances.

Children and Youth Puppet Theatre "Purpik" is constantly touring Javakheti villages.
