On March 14, 2019, a meeting was held with the representatives of "Teach for Armenia" educational foundation Gor Nazaryan and Angela Avagyan at the "Hayartun" Center of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia. The aim of the meeting was to involve the specialists of different fields from the Armenian community in Georgia in activities of the foundation which already operates five years in Yerevan, Vanadzor and Artsakh. The Foundation has been working to make education more comprehensive in all the regions of Armenia, to provide children with an opportunity to discover their potential fully and within the framework of all the subjects of the program. This can be implemented by different specialist who left for regions of Armenia as volunteers after they complete training on pedagogy they will occupy vacancies which are free in local schools. Gor Nazaryan, the head of "Teach for Armenia" Foundation's department of recruitment and involvement, presented in detail to the attendees the directions, frameworks and approaches of activity of the abovementioned Foundation. The importance of the two-year project of the Foundation for equal education and development of youth leadership and professional capacities was highlighted. The guests urged the members of Armenian community to be involved actively in the implementation of the project. The attendees clarified the advantages, requirements as well as order of submitting application through questions. The questions were also related to the participation of specialists from Georgia, age restrictions, issues of dissolution or resumption of the agreement. At the end of the meeting, the participants received brochures and business cards.
