Calouste Gulbenkian Hall of the “Hayartun” Center at the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Georgia became like a winter forest, while the students of St. Movses Khorenatsi Kindergarten dressed in interesting costumes turned into different forest “animals” living in the winter cold. And in this “forest” the kindergarten students should have met the Santa Clause, who would have come with presents and New Year greetings. “Winter” feast at St.Movses Khorenatsi Kindergarten started with Our Father Prayer and blessing of the Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Georgia. Residing in Russia benefactor of the “Hayartun” Center Boris Saakov with his daughter Julia, diplomats of RA Embassy to Georgia, the clergy of the Diocese, the coordinator of the “Hayartun” Center, parents and guest were gathered in the hall. After the children welcomed everyone in a beautiful Armenian the holiday performance started. Amazing design of the hall was complemented with cheerful songs, dances and beautiful recitation of "firs" and the forest "residents". The little mouse, the fox, the wolf, the hares, the shaggy bears, the bear cubs and other animals managed to spend together the cold winter days in a lodge, located in the “depth of the forest”, which was bought with donations of kindergarten parents Spartak and Gayane Mrtchyan. Thereby the children could show the advantage of living in peace and harmony and helping each other, which in the end was crowned with the emergence of Santa Claus, who brought a lot of gifts and New Year greetings. Benefactor Boris Saakov and Deputy Ambassador of RA to Georgia Vahagn Afyan highly appreciated a fine taste and aesthetic imagination of responsible for the educational department of the Diocese and Kindergarten Headmistress Eugenia Markosyan, stressing that every time the celebrations at the “Hayartun” Center, in the kindergarten in particular, afford great pleasure to the audience by its organization, beautiful design and innovations. The Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Georgia, His Grace Bishop Vazgen Mirzakhanyan was impressed by the children's performance, he underlined the hard work and tireless efforts of teachers Narine Ghushchyan and Lala Gevorkyan, pianist Hovhannes Shakhnazaryan, nurse Lusine Poghosyan, artistic director Pavel Oganezov, which gave such a good result. His Grace highly appreciated the parents, who bring their kids to this Armenian family from different outskirts of the city, having taken a firm decision to give them Armenian education. At the end the children received New Year gifts, in which responsible for the Administrative and Economic Department of the Diocese Karen Yeritsyan also took part. The cheerful song of the kindergarten students and great mood completed the New Year party at the “Hayartun” Center.
