On September 27 of the current year, “Hayartun” Center at the Armenian Diocese in Georgia hosted the founding director of Armenian studies organization “Hayq” Mr. Babken Vardanyan, who was in Tbilisi on a private visit. During the two hours of the meeting the author of numerous studies introduced two parts of the Armenian Nation to the audience. He spoke about the warm relationship between the Diaspora and the Armenians living in Mother Armenia. He also spoke about patriotic objectives and how to realize them. Highlighting the commitment of Armenians to the one thousand and seven hundred years old Christian Faith, he made a detailed speech about living with Faith, about serving God with Bible and Cross.

Mr. Vardanyan one by one commented on the three important pillars of progress in life, as well as on their preventive measures. He considered consistency and continuity the main ways of their realization. The Speaker considered the faith in almighty God, the Idea which is born from faith and the morality of realizing the idea, the pillars of the existence of the nation.

Mr. Vardanyan called the studies and the published literature, the speeches made by mass media, which are all realized by him and the organization he leads, as project ways to get to the three viewpoints put forward by the Armenian studies institution “Hayq”.

The meeting continued with questions and answers, and the participants put forward questions concerning the Genocide, Armenian communities in the Diaspora, as well as questions concerning the preservation of the nation. Armenologist Babken Vardanyan finished his meeting with the representatives of Armenian Intelligentsia from Georgia with the main message about serving the nation, that is: do NOT the things you can, but the things you should.
