The Primate of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia, His Grace Bishop Ter Vazgen Mirzakhanyan also attended the event together with Archimandrite Ter Khoren Hovhannisyan and the Director of the Legal Department, Mikael Avagyan. As mentioned the speakers during the presentation, the publication of the book is very important, mainly because it contains the decisions of the European Convention on Human Rights starting from 2014 inclusive, regarding the Article 9 – Freedom of thought, conscience and religion. Each case includes facts, arguments of parties and court’s assessments. This book gives professionals and interested readers an opportunity to find necessary information. The Primate of the Armenian Diocese congratulated the Head of the State Agency for Religious Issues, Zaza Vashakmadze on publication of the book and wished him luck in future activities as a Head of the Agency. |
