The clergymen and parishioners of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Holy Church in Georgia express deepest condolences on the terroristic act took place in Afghanistan, resulting in death of 7 and wounding of 9 Georgian soldiers. Today, in all churches of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia the requiem service will be served for souls of the dead Georgian soldiers.

On the 2nd of June Philharmonia Tbilisi Concert Hall hosted a big song and dance festival, dedicated to the International Day of Children’s Protection.

On the 4^th of June, at the initiative of the Union of Armenian Musicians of Georgia, in Calouste Gulbenkian Hall of the "Hayartun" Cultural Centre of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Georgia, the presentation of the book entitled "Artists: Fates, Muses” and the movie “Strastnaya Ikona” by residing in Yerevan Gregory Harutyunyan, a native of Tbilisi, a member of the RA Union of Writers and the RA Union of Artists, was held.

The International Day of Children's Protection at the “Hayartun” Center of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Georgia was marked with a splendid concert. It was organized by «Drum School» Youth Percussion Ensemble of Tbilisi School of Arts № 20 named after A. Shanidze and St. Nerses Shorhali Kids Vocal Ensemble of the “Hayartun” Center.
