In the morning on 24 April, 2013 a crowded procession of the Armenian community in Georgia moved from situated in Avlanari Surb Etchmiadzin Church in Tbilisi to the Tbilisi Pantheon of the Armenian Writers and Public Figures “Khojivank”. The Plenipotentiary of Armenia to Georgia Hovhannes Manoukian, Head of the Diocese of Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Holy Church in Georgia, His Grace Bishop Vazgen Mirzakanyan, the Ambassador Extraordinary and, Advisor to the President of Georgia Van Baiburtian, Deputy Chairman of the Parliament's Committee on Human Rights and Civil Integrity Gedevan Popkhadze, the Deputy Ruslan Pogosyan, representatives of the sister Churches in Georgia the Head of Roman Catholic Church in the Caucasus Bishop Giuseppe Pazotto, the representative of the Baptist Church in Georgia Bishop Ilia Osepashvili, spiritual shepherd of the Lutheran Church Viktor Miroshnichenko - bowed to the memory of innocent victims of the Armenian Genocide.

On 21 April, 2013, after Sunday Divine Liturgy, in the yard of Surb Etchmiadzin Church in Tbilisi of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Georgia, situated in Avlabari, the presentation of hall of fame took place. The Head of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Church in Georgia, His Grace Bishop Vazgen Mirzakhanyan welcomed and blessed the audience; he praised the role and importance of the “Hayartun” Center in the life of the Armenian community of Tbilisi, which was built by residing in Russia Boris Saakov and other benefactors. After that residing in Russia and paying a visit to Tbilisi benefactor Artur Saakov solemnly opened the hall of fame.

On 20 April, 2013 the world famous musician Tigran Mansurian with his sister Sonya Mansurian- Ashjian visited the “Hayartun” Cultural Center of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Church in Georgia. The maestro had arrived in Tbilisi to attend the concert of the Georgian State Symphony Orchestra with the participation of the world famous musician Kim Kashkashian, the program of which also included his work. The Head of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Church in Georgia, His Grace Bishop Vazgen Mirzakhanyan received dear guest. The well-known musician lit a candle and prayed at Surb Etchmiadzin Church of the Diocese of Armenian Apostolic in Georgia, which is situated in Avlabari. In Calouste Gulbenkian Hall the maestro with excitement viewed the works presented by Armenian artists of Georgia in the exhibition entitled "Armenian Golgotha”, dedicated to the Armenian Genocide.

On 19 April, 2013 the “Hayartun” Cultural Center of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Church in Georgia in Calouste Gulbenkian Hall hosted another event of St. Movses Khorenatsi Kindergarten’s students, dedicated to spring. RA Consul General in Batumi Aram Grigoryan, living in Russia benefactor Artur Saakov with his daughter, spiritual fathers of the church, the teachers of Armenian schools in Tbilisi, parents and guest attended the event. On 19 April, 2013 a solo concert of "Ars Lunga" Piano-Cello duo in memory of Armenian Genocide victims took place in the big hall of the Sheraton Metechi Palace, which was organized by the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Church in Georgia and RA Embassy to Georgia, with the support of Ministry of Culture of RA. The representatives of diplomatic corps, political and public figures, senior clerics of sister churches, spiritual servants of Armenian Church, representatives of Armenian community and intellectuals of Tbilisi attended the concert.
