On February 23, 2013, at the “Hayartun” Cultural Center of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Church in Georgia, in the Hall of Calouste Gulbenkian, the exhibition of works by contemporary Georgian artists was opened. It was co-organized by the Union of Armenian Artists of Georgia and the Union of Artists of Georgia with the support of cultural center “Hayartun”. The exhibition featured almost 40 creative works of famous Georgian artists, which were: Amiran Kuprava, Angelina Damenia, Bruno Vepkhvadze, Gia Markozashvili, Gela Filauri, Guram Tsertsvadze, Gia Revazishvili, Tamar Sulkhanishili, Temur Dvalishvili, Merab Gabunia, Malkhaz Rcheulishvili, Paata Kldiashvili, Giovanni Vepkhvadze, Tatiana Papisashvili, Omar Kachkachishvili. Each work displayed imagination, unique color combinations, skill, ideas and the inner world of the artist. On February 17 the “Hayartun” Cultural Center of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Church in Georgia hosted in the Hall of Calouste Gulbenkian another charity concert to support the Armenians of Syria. Talented performers Nina Karapetyan and Genrikh Petrosyan appeared in solo concert. These two famous musicians often took part in competitions and festivals, both in Georgia and Armenia. They were repeatedly awarded medals, diplomas and the title of laureate. The joint appearance on the stage is not new for these artists. On April 23, 2011 Nina Karapetyan and Genrikh Petrosyan organized the joint performance in Tbilisi Nodar Dumbadze State Central Children's Theatre, which was very successful.

Meeting with Georgian Armenian writers who write in a foreign language “Armenian writers, who compose in a foreign language, are not strangers to us” - that was the title of a literary soiree, which was held on February 16 at the “Hayartun” Cultural Center of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Church in Georgia in the Hall of Calouste Gulbenkian. The initiator and organizer of the evening was the “Vernatun” Union of Armenian Writers of Georgia and the cultural center "Hayartun" supported the event. President of “Vernatun” Union Gevorg Snkhchyan opened the evening and presented the writers, who despite the fact of writing in a foreign language, remain Armenians in soul, and the idea, the subject and the source of their works are national. On February 14 the Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Church celebrates the Candlemas Day, or Diarnt’arach (Trndez), it is a feast of purification, celebrated 40 days after Jesus’s birth. On February 13 in Holy Echmiadzin Church in Tbilisi on the eve of the feast Trndez Divine Liturgy was held. The Head of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Church in Georgia, His Grace Bishop Vazgen Mirzakhanyan with clergy, taking fire from the lamp, accompanied by the faithful went to the yard of the church to light a traditional bonfire, which symbolizes the light of Christ. The Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenian Garegin II, has declared this day as Day of Blessing of Newlyweds and Family, therefore appropriate church ceremonies take place in the Armenian Church. In the 46 Armenian churches of Georgia bonfires were lit and the newlyweds blessing ceremonies were held.
