On November 7, 2013 the “Program of Intellectual and Spiritual Development of Youth”, organized by “Intellectual and Educational Studio” at the International Charitable Foundation of the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, has been launched. By the invitation of the International Charitable Foundation of the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, 5 young representatives of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia - Liza Torosyan, Ani Kushyan, Laura Mzikyan, Mariam Sarkisova and Valentina Galechyan participate in the program.

On November 3, 2013 Calouste Gulbenkian Hall of the “Hayartun” Cultural Center at the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Georgia hosted a meeting of the representatives of the American University of Armenia with the Armenian youth of Georgia. The Admission Committee Coordinator Karine Satamian, the representative of communication services Tatevik Vardanian and Vahram Ghushchian, Dean of the Faculty of Economics, who came from Yerevan, presented in detail the teaching methodology, education programs and advantages of the diploma of the American University of Armenia. The American University of Armenia is an institute of higher education, which includes Western-style educational programs, is accredited in the United States, recognized by the state in the Republic of Armenia and provides comprehensive education. The university matches all the criteria of Western international education, is recognized in the region, offers 4-year bachelor's degree programs and eight Master degree programs.

On October 24-28, 2013 a group of pilgrims from the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Georgia, with financial assistance from the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, and under the guidance and with the blessing of the Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Georgia, His Grace Bishop Vazgen Mirzakhanian, paid an introductory visit to Armenia and Artsakh, which marked the partnership. The Department of Youth Affairs of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Georgia headed by Deacon Gevorg Antonian had organized the pilgrimage. The group of pilgrims consisted of the employees of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Georgia, the youth from Tbilisi, Akhaltsikhe, Batumi and Marneuli. Famous Armenian-American poet Sona Van was also among the pilgrims.

On the Feast of the Evangelists Sts. Mathew, Mark, Luke and John the faithful of Surb Etchmiadzin Church in Tbilisi, under the leadership of the Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Georgia, His Grace Bishop Vazgen Mirazakhanian, visited Surb Astvatsatsin Church of Shahumyan settlement in Marneuli region, where reconstruction work is being conducted. With the participation of the faithful thanksgiving service was conducted at the church, after that the faithful prayed with the hope that the temple restoration would be finished soon.
