On July 12, 2016, the Calouste Gulbenkian Hall of the Hayartun Center at the Armenian Diocese in Georgia hosted a meeting with Armenian modern poetess of Georgia, translator, the Head of the “Vrastan” Newsletter (“Georgia”) Subscription an Delivery Service, a member of the “Vernatun” Union of Armenian Writers of Georgia, the president of NGO “Kamurj” for the Armenian-Georgian Literary Relations, the Head of Armenian Department at the Union of Writers of Georgia – Anahit Bostanjyan. The event was initiated by the “Armenian Center for Scientific Research in Georgia” NGO, within the framework of a series of “Meetings with Armenian intellectuals of Georgia”.

On July 15, 2016, the Calouste Gulbenkian Hall of the Hayartun Center at the Armenian Diocese in Georgia hosted a memorial evening dedicated to the president of the Assembly of Tbilisi Armenians NGO (from 2012 until 2015), Tbilisi-born Armenian, public figure, prematurely deceased David Manusajyan. The memorial evening marking the first anniversary of David Manusajyan’s tragic death was initiated by the Assembly of Tbilisi Armenians, with the support of the Hayartun Center. A widow of the deceased, his daughter, relatives, friends and acquaintances attended the event.

On July 10, 2016, the Association of Armenian Women in Georgia “Shushanik”, initiated the “Dolma-2016” Festival- Competition, with the support of the Diocesan Headquarters, the Hayartun Center and private benefactors. The festival was held in the courtyard of the Saint Etchmiadzin Church in Tbilisi.

On July 9, 2016, the Calouste Gulbenkian Hall of the Hayartun Center at the Armenian Diocese in Georgia hosted a reporting concert of the Hayartun Center’s creative groups, which showed results of last year’s work. The Diocesan clergy, employees of the Diocesan Headquarters, guests and parents attended the concert. The event started by the Lord’s Prayer and by blessing from the Primate of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia.
