On June 1, 2015, on International Day for Protection of Children, members of the Parliament of Georgia, Ruslan Pogosyan and Ilia Jishkariani ,the Local Governor (Gamgebeli) of Tbilisi’s Isani-Samgori District, Vakhtang Kizikurashvili, Isani District’s Head of Office, Nino Kvaratskhelia office members Pavle Nadibaidze, Nana Amirejibi and Mamuka Gogsadze and the Head of the Public Relations Service, Elene Dadiani, and other officials met with children from socially disadvantaged families from the Isani district in Tbilisi at the State Central Children Theatre named after Nodar Dumbadze.

On Jun 8, 2015, the delegation of the Writers’ Union of Armenia, under the leadership of the Chairman, Edvard Militonyan, arrived in Tbilisi to entirely pass the house of Hovhannes Tumanyan into the hands of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia. The guests visited the exhibition dedicated to Komitas held in the Hayartun Center, then the Khojivank Pantheon of Armenian writers and public figures and laid flowers on the tombs of Hovhannes Tumanyan and of other Greats of the Armenian nation.

On June 7, 2015, the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church celebrated the Feast of the Cathedral of Holy Etchmiadzin. In the Armenian Diocese ofGeorgia, the feastwas celebrated in the Saint Etchmiadzin Church with the Divine Liturgy delivered by Rev. Fr. Ter Manuk Zeinalyan with the participation of the Primate of the Armenian Diocese, His Grace Bishop Vazgen Mirzakhanyan and the clergy.

On June 6, 2015, pilgrims from Tbilisi, Ninotsminda and Akhalkalaki arrived in Akhaltsikhe on the occasion of the Feast of St. Gregory the Illuminator (Deliverance from the Pit). Hieromonk Ter Hakob Sahakyan delivered the Liturgy in the Church of Saint Gregory the Illuminator. The Prelate of Samtskhe-Javakheti and Tsalka's General Prelacy, Archimandrite Babgen Salbiyan read a sermon and gave a silver cross to the church. The Primate of the Armenian Diocese, His Grace Bishop Vazgen Mirzakhanyan gave a speech and consecrated the cross. The pilgrims were accompanied by the Rev. Fr. Ter Armash Poghosyan (Ninotsminda), Rev. Fr. Ter Tatev Maroukian (Akhalkalaki) and Deacon Gevorg Antonyan (Tbilisi). They visited the sightseeing places of Akhaltsikhe and participated in the “Meal of Love” (Agape) organized by the clergy.
