During the official visit of SerzhSargsyan to Georgia famous singer Eva Rivas participated in the concert dedicated to Sayat-Nova’s 300s birthday anniversary. On June 19^th Rivas visited cultural and educational center “Hayartun” at the Armenian diocese of Georgia, where the artist met with her fans and members of the community. The head of the cultural department of the diocese LevonChidilyan who presented the artist, thanked the singer for accepting the invitation and meeting with Tbilisi Armenian community members.

From May 31 to June 10^th 2014, a group of young members from the Armenian diocese of Georgia participated in the “Summer Together” exchange program funded by the European Union. The program, which took place at the Armenian resort of Jermuk was attended by over 30 young Armenians from France, Estonia, Georgia and Armenia.

It was two years ago, when young artists from Armenia ArmanTorosyan and HrachyaSafaryan moved to Javakhq where they started working on recreating over 33 Armenian churches on the canvas. The paintings were first presented in Akhalkalaki, followed by an exhibit in Ninotsminda.
