Levon Chidilyan, coordinator of the “Hayartun” Center at the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Georgia, has sent an open letter to RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan, expressing on behalf of the “Hayartun” Center sincere gratitude for high appreciation of the center’s work and contribution, as well as for receiving the 2nd prize in the Best Community Organization category of the annual Armenian contest “For notable contribution to preservation of the Armenian identity”. The Counsel of the “Hayartun” Center and its staff has unanimously decided to give designated cash prize (300 000 AMD) to Syrian Armenian Relief Fund. The letter also informs that on April 6 the “Hayartun” Center together with other Armenian organizations will attend the requiem service in memory of the victims of Syria’s war in Surb Etchmiadzin Church of Tbilisi, and a protest action in front of the United Nations Office in Georgia and Turkish Embassy will take place.

On the 1st of April personal exhibition of famous Armenian artist in Tbilisi Garegin Mirzoev was opened in the showroom of the “Hayartun” Center at the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Georgia, which was organized by the Union of Armenian Artists of Georgia under the auspices of the “Hayartun” Center. Mosaic and ceramic works, oil paintings created by the gifted artist were presented. Levon Chidilyan, Head of the Cultural Department at the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Georgia and coordinator of the “Hayartun” Center, opened the exhibition. He congratulated Garegin Mirzoev, the member of the Union of Artists of the USSR, on his second personal exhibition in Tbilisi.

On March 30, 2013 the Calouste Gulbenkian Hall of the “Hayartun” Center at the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Georgia hosted violin concert featuring the students of Professor Ernest Arakelov’s violin class, who heads the department of string music at V.Sarajishvili Tbilisi State Conservatory. The event, which was organized by the Armenian Musician's Union of Georgia under the auspices of the “Hayartun” Center, was aimed to present the brilliant performance of works of world-famous composers by the conservatory students, who have chosen the career of violinist.

On March 28 the results of the 2013 Awards “For notable contribution to preservation of the Armenian identity” as a part of the contest declared by the Ministry of Diaspora, the World Armenian Congress and the Union of Armenians of Russia were summed up and diploma awarding solemn ceremony was held. The “Hayartun” Educational Cultural and Youth Center at the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Georgia was among the contest participants. Levon Chidilyan, Head of the Cultural Department at the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Georgia and coordinator of the “Hayartun” Center, attended the solemn award ceremony.
