On the 3^rd of September an open day was held at Gary Davtyan Puppet and Culture House. This wonderful tradition has been established many years ago, and is dedicated to the memory of deceased puppeteer and master Gary Davtyan. On the 3^rd of September Gary Davtyan was born and the puppet theater was founded in Tbilisi. In the difficult and challenging days of the 90s’ at the initiative of the mechanical engineer Gary Davtyan and his wife Jhana Davtyan as a symbol of longevity the first puppets were created, and the Armenian folk-tale “Nazar the Brave” was presented at Tbilisi State Drama Theatre after Petros Adamyan.

On the 3^rd of September St. Movses Khorenatsi Kindergarten at the “Hayartun” Center of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Georgia opened its doors to children. 25 kids with flower bouquets, between the ages of three and six years, together with their parents came to kindergarten. They were kindly welcomed and carefully accepted by responsible for the educational department, kindergarten headmistress Eugenia Markosyan, teacher Narine Ghushchyan, and nurse Lusine Poghosyan.

On the 30^th of August, 2013, the joint meeting of the clergy and the officials of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Georgia took place in Georgian suburban settlement Tserovani. The meeting started with the prayer and blessing from the Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Georgia, His Grace Bishop Vazgen Mirzakhanyan and after the adoption of the agenda the chairmanship was transferred to Vicar-General of Javakhk Supreme Archimandrite Babken Salbiyan.
