Every year an open concert is being held at Tbilisi Art School № 10 named after Aram Khachaturian to celebrate the composer’s birthday, and it has already turned into a nice tradition, highlighting the responsibility to be named after the great composer Aram Khachaturian. The tradition has not been broken this year.

On June 3, 2017, the Calouste Gulbenkian Hall of the “Hayartun” Center at the Armenian Diocese in Georgia was packed. In attendance were people of different ethnic and religious backgrounds, art-loving public residing in Tbilisi. The event commemorating great painter Giovanni Vepkhvadze, who captured in his paintings the colors that are characteristic of Tbilisi, included a postmortem personal exhibition and the presentation of his third memoir.

On June 3, 2017, the Alexander Mantashev Educational Cultural and Youth Center in Batumi at the Armenian Diocese in Georgia hosted the celebration of songs of Sayat-Nova. At the initiative of the Center the traditional Sayat-Nova Vardaton (Feast of Roses) has been celebrated over the years in Batumi, because the people’s love for the great poet, who praised love, friendship and justice, is eternal.
