Famous miniature painter Gohar Hakobyan has a vast array of interests; she always strives to learn something new. The Armenian woman imbued with patriotism wants to learn more about the history of her Fatherland, and looks ahead to new discoveries. This time her interests had brought her to Aragatsotn, Vayots Dzor and Syunik provinces of the Republic of Armenia. Besides studying the history of the provinces, Gohar Hakobyan wanted to share the unique beauty, her feelings and experiences with her compatriots at least through a photo slideshow.

On June 11, 2016, the Calouste Gulbenkian Hall of the Hayartun Center at the Armenian Diocese in Georgia was turned into a marvelous public garden full of flowers, where 35 splendid paintings of Susana Mkrtchyan, Honored Worker of Culture of Armenian Republic, professor and artist, were on display. The artist presented Armenians of Tbilisi and lovers of art her bas relief oil paintings, basically series of paintings entitled “Flowers”.

On June 11, 2016, on the occasion of the Commemoration Day of the discovery of the relics of St. Gregory the Illuminator, the Divine Liturgy was celebrated in the Surb Astvatsatsin Church (Holy Mother of God) in the village of Shahumyan in Marneul region of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia.

On June 4, 2016, the Aregnazan Waldorf School 11th grade students with their teachers visited the Hayartun Center at the Armenian Diocese in Georgia.

Being involved in an exchange program the Aregnazan School students visited the Waldorf School in Tbilisi and expressed their willingness to give a beautiful concert for Armenians of Tbilisi.
